Upright Rows

Keep your back straight ande feet apart. This exercise can be done as wide grip or short grip depending upon what area of the Traps/ Delts you are targetting.

- Grasp the barbell and inhale as you pull the barbell straight up towards the top of your chest.
- Exhale and lower the barbell.
