Squats

Approach the squat rack. Duck under it and position yourself under it so that the barbell is positioned across your traps along your shoulders. Stand with your feet apart and grasp the barbell.

- Inhale and look straight ahead then slowly lift the barbell off of the rack.
- Step away from the rack (a few steps back) and squat down by bending your knees. Make sure to keep your back straight and it's a good idea to wear a weight lifting belt.
