Seated EZ-bar Triceps Extensions

Sit on a bench and grasp the inner grips of an EZ bar. Do not arch your back while attempting this exercise.

- Exhale and raise the bar above your head. Do not lock your arms
- Inhale and lower the bar behind your head.
