Seated dumbbell Triceps Extensions

This exercise can be done sitting or standing. If standing then you want to make sure that you keep your back as straight as possible and keep your feet apart.

- Grasp a dumbbell with both hands and raise above your head. Inhale as you do so.
- Exhale as you lower the dumbbell behind your neck.
