One dumbbell Front Raises

Stand with your back straight and your feet shoulder width apart and you can use a weight lifting belt for extra support. Grip one dumbell with both hands infront of you.

- While keeping your back straight and your arms straight (though arms not locked) exhale and raise the dumbbell up to shoulder level.
- Inhale and lower the dumbbell back down.
