One Arm dumbbell Triceps Extensions

Sit or stand with one dumbbell in your hand. Keep your back as straight as possible.

- Exhale and raise the dumbbell up high without locking your elbows.
- Inhale and bend your elbow to lower the dumbell just behind your head
