Arm dumbbell Press
Stan
or sit on a bench. Grasp two dumbells with an underhand grip and
bring up to your shoulders. Keep your back straight. This exercise
can also be done with both hands at the same time.

As you begin your palm will be facing inwards. Exhale and push
one arm up and rotate your wrist so by the top of your head your
palm is now facing outwards.
- Return back in the opposite motion until your hand is back to
shoulder level with your palm facing inwards towards you. Inhale
as you bring your arm back down.
