Kickbacks

Keep your back straight and bend forward with one knee. You can support yourself with one arm against your front knee. Grasp a dumbell in your other hand. Try to keep your elbow with the dumbbell close to your body.

- Straighten your arm and inhale as doing so.
- Exhale and lower your arm.
