Incline dumbbell Flys

Adjust the bench so that you are sitting at an incline and the lie down holding a pair of dumbells in your hands. Outstretch your arms but do not lock. Do not use very heavy weights for this exercise.

- Slowly exhale as you raise the dumbells over your chest.
- Inhale as you lower the weights to the start position.
