Incline Bench Press

Lie on a bench which has been raised up to an angle so that your upper torso is higher then your waist. Keep your feet on the floor and grasp the barbell with a wide grip about shoulder length.

- Exhale as you push the barbell up and straighten your arms but do not lock your arms.
- Lower the bar down towards your chest as you inhale.
