Front Raises

Stand with your back straight and feet shoulder width apart. Hold a pair of dumbbells in your hands with an over hand grip. Rest the dumbbells on your thighs.

- As you inhale raise one dumbbell at a time up to your shoulders
- Then lower it slowly and be sure to exhale. Return the dumbbell back to the starting position.
