Flat Bench Leg Pull-In
Lie
on a bench with your legs straight so they are off of the end of the bench. Place your hands under your butt with the palms facing down. Bend your knees and bring them up to your midsection while keeping your back straight on the bench.

Exhale and raise your knees up so as to 'crunch' your abdominal
area.
- Inhale as you lower your legs back down fully.
