EZ Bar Outer Curls

Hold the EZ bar by the outer grips in an underhand grasp. Stand with your feet shoulder lengths apart. Keep your back straight.

- Inhale as you raise the EZ bar up and contract your biceps when the bar is at the top.
- Lower the bar slowly and exhale
