EZ Bar Inner Curls

Hold the EZ bar by the inner grips in an underhand grasp. Stand with your feet shoulder lengths apart. Keep your elbows close to your torso and keep your back straight.

- Inhale as you bring the bar up all the way. Contract your biceps at the top.
- Exhale and lower the bar down.
