Dumbell Shrugs
Grab
a pair of dumbells with an overhand grip (palms facing in) and
position them to your sides while standing with feed about shoulder
width apart. This is a very popular exercise for the Trap muscles.
By positioning your neck and head down you can work different
trap muscles too.

As you inhale slowly raise the dumbells up with your shoulders.
- Exhale and lower the dumbells back to the starting position.
Repeat.
