Dumbell Shrugs

Grab a pair of dumbells with an overhand grip (palms facing in) and position them to your sides while standing with feed about shoulder width apart. This is a very popular exercise for the Trap muscles. By positioning your neck and head down you can work different trap muscles too.

- As you inhale slowly raise the dumbells up with your shoulders.
- Exhale and lower the dumbells back to the starting position. Repeat.
