One Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curl

Sit on the preacher chair with a dumbell. Rest your arm and extend your arm out and over the chair. This is an isolation exercise to specifically target the biceps

- Inhale and slowly raise the dumbell up as high as it can go.
- Lower slowly back to starting position
