Dumbbell Triceps Extensions

Lie flat on a bench. Grip a pair of dumbbells in your hands. Raise your arms over your head and bend your elbows.

- Exhale as you straighten up your arms, do not allow your arms to lock.
- Inhale as you bend your elbows to allow your arms to return back to the starting position.
