Bends
Stand
holding a dumbbell in one hand. Keep your feet shoulder width
apart.

Lean to one side, keeping your waist rigid. Riase the dumbbell
which is on the hand opposite to the side you are leaning. Exhale
as you lean.
-Inhale as you return back to the starting position and bring
the dumbbell back to its normal position.
Repeat
with other side
