dumbbell Side Bends

Stand holding a dumbbell in one hand. Keep your feet shoulder width apart.

- Lean to one side, keeping your waist rigid. Riase the dumbbell which is on the hand opposite to the side you are leaning. Exhale as you lean.
-Inhale as you return back to the starting position and bring the dumbbell back to its normal position.

Repeat with other side

Side Bends 1 Side Bends 2
