dumbbell Pullovers

Lie on a bench holding a dumbbell from the inside. Place your hands flat within the dumbbell against the weight itself. Keep your elbows bent

- Exhale as you raise the dumbbell over your head
- Inhale as you lower the dumbbell back to the beginning of the workout.
