Lie
on a bench and hold a pair of dumbbells in your hands. Out stretch
your arms but keep your elbows unlocked. Do not use heavy weights
for this exercise.

Raise your arms at the same speed, inhale, and continue until
almost touching above you.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells back, exhaling as you do so. Lower
the dumbbells to about even as shoulders.
