dumbbell Flys

Lie on a bench and hold a pair of dumbbells in your hands. Out stretch your arms but keep your elbows unlocked. Do not use heavy weights for this exercise.

- Raise your arms at the same speed, inhale, and continue until almost touching above you.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells back, exhaling as you do so. Lower the dumbbells to about even as shoulders.
