dumbbell Curls

Stand or seated. Hold a pair of dumbbells in your hands.

- Inhale and raise each dumbbell up independantly of the other. Raise up using only your biceps and not your shoulders or forward momentum. Contract your biceps at the top of the motion.
- Exhale and slowly lower the dumbbell.

Repeat
