dumbbell Bench Press

Lie on a Bench. Place your feet on the floor. Grasp a pair of dumbbells in your hands.

- Slowly raise the dumbbells up while exhaling. Do not allow your elbows to lock at the top.
- Lower the dumbbells down allowing your elbows to bend. Lower until dumbbells are about level with your chest.
