Cross Body Hammer Curls

Grasp a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing inwards. Position dumbells on your sides.

- Inhale and raise the dumbbell up to your opposit shoulder, touching your shoulder. Keep your wrist straight and do not twist your arms or wrist.
- Exhale and lower the dumbell back again to your sides.
