Concentration Curls

Sit with a dumbel in your hand. Rest your elbow on your inner thigh. Do not use your shoulders or forward momentum to raise the dumbbell, as this is a 'concentration' curl and requires you to concentrate on the biceps to raise the dumbbell.

- Inhale as you raise thew dumbbell up
- Exhale as you lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
