Close Grip Bench Press

Lie flat on a bench and plant your feet firmly on your floor. Hold the barbell with a close grip within 6 to 15 inches apart.

- As you inhale slowly lower the barbell to your chest. Allow your elbows to push away from your body to your sides.
- Exhale and push the barbell up.
