Close-Grip Standing Barbell Curl

Stand grasping a barbell with an underhand grip. Keep your hands about 12 to 15 inches apart. Do keep your elbows close to your body and use only your biceps to move the bar.

- Curl the barbell in a straight and fluid motion up all the way, keeping your arms straight and only curling the barbell.
- Exhale and lower the barbell.
