Bench Press Flat

Lie on a bench flat on your back and feet planted firmly on the floor. Take an overhand grip of the barbell about shoulder width apart.

- Grip the barbell and lower it down to your chest, making sure to inhale as you lower the barbell.
- As you exhale then press the barbell back up.
