Barbell Curls

Stand grasping a barbell with an underhand grip. Move your hands to approximatly shoulder width apart.

- Curl the barbell in a straight and fluid motion up all the way, keeping your arms straight and only curling the barbell.
- Exhale and lower the barbell.
