Back Press

Sit on a bench with your back straight. Hold a barbell with an overhand grip and rest the barbell behind your neck across your shoulders. Be sure to keep your back straight and not to arch it as this can cause injury to your back.

- As you inhale push the barbell above your head
- As you exhale lower the barbell to your shoulders in the starting position.
