Alternate Incline Dumbbell Curl
Sit
on a bench with a pair of dumbells in your hands. Make sure the
bench is set to an incline position for this exercise. If you
twist your hand at the last moment, such as pointing your pinky
out then this will help to create a larger 'peak' on your bicep.
This is best done one arm at a time. Make sure to contract fully
when your arm is up at the top position.

Inhale and curl your arm up using only your bicep muscles and
not relying on momentum or your shoulders.
- Exhale and slowly lower the dumbell back down.
